Ready To Start Care?
Step One: Book A Tour
Come and see our learning studios and play spaces. You will have the chance to meet educators and see us in action to make sure we are the right fit for you and your family.
Step Two: Enrolment Process
Once you have completed a tour, we can discuss your care needs. We do the best we can to facilitate required days, but sometimes you may need to be waitlisted for your requested days. We then start the enrolment process. You will be emailed a link with these forms and details.
Step Three: Subsidy Application
Make sure you have applied and submitted your child care subsidy application (if you don’t have one set up already) through Centrelink.

Step Four: Orientation
You will be sent through a welcome pack and family handbook via email. You will also receive details for your OWNA login, which is the App we use to document your child’s day and learning. If you have any questions, please ask – we understand it is a big time in a family’s life and want everyone to feel as relaxed as possible.
